An Iraqi general trading and contracting company
Noor AlQaseem is an Iraqi limited liability company headquartered in Baghdad. It works in general contracting and construction, roads and infrastructure, residential and commercial buildings and general trading, alongside registered activities in the oil, marine, general services and support and logistics sectors.
Our approach is built on quality, professionalism and clear communication with clients — from understanding requirements and defining scope through to handover under the contract terms.

- Oxidized Asphalt Production A registered activity related to oxidized asphalt used in waterproofing and construction applications; specifications and supply terms are set in each agreement.
